Activate: Vinyasa FLOW

Experience rejuvenation and clarity for the body, mind, and spirit through the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga. These sessions are designed to inspire and cultivate distinct awakening energy to activate your power through movement and breath. Participants can choose their preferred intensity level, ranging from beginner to intermediate or advanced when booking this session.


Nurture: Gentle | Restorative


Gentle or Restorative sessions are well-suited for individuals recovering from illness or injury, as they offer therapeutic nourishment to promote balance and comfort. Participants may experience benefits such as reduced inflammation, enhanced mobility, decreased pain, and an overall sense of wellbeing. This class style is the ideal choice when you find yourself seeking to nurture and restore.

Observe: yin yoga

Yin yoga is a passive, meditative style of yoga where the poses are held for long periods of time. This expanse of the body helps to slowly encourage release and create a space to observe body and mind. A Yin yoga practice targets the deep connective tissues proven to help improve flexibility, circulation, mobility, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. This practice is suited for all levels, and/or practitioners recovering from illness or injury.


VITALITY: INTRO TO INVERSIONS

Learn to see the world upside down with a safe and guided introduction to inversions. In this offering, you will be led through the foundations and mechanics required to safely move your body into an inverted state. Armed with the knowledge and understanding to move upside-down, the practitioner may encounter a shift in perspective, increased vitality, or a sense of overcoming limitations.

This offering is recommended for experienced yoga students.


EXPAND: DEEPENING BACKBENDS


When approaching the heart opening postures of back bends, we can face some challenging obstacles. In order to guide the body through the intense state of backbends, we must dare to embrace our vulnerability, lay down our guard, and find that with surrender, the world opens. These sessions are recommended for experienced practitioners.

SOAR: iNTRO TO ARM BALANCES

If your goal is flight, the intro to arm balances will provide you with all the tools and insight to soar into various arm balancing postures. This session will cover the traditional building blocks that ensure your success in any arm balance. With consistent principles to learn and drills to integrate into your practice, you’ll soon feel the ascent into flight.


inspire: Guide to Rituals

Our beginner’s guide to ritual practices is a specialty offering from Seashell Yoga. With rich details and care this offering curates a unique heightened experience to release, manifest, raise energy, or ground the soul. Rituals may include a variety of alternative practices including, but not limited to tarot cards, crystals, candles, herbs, mantra, chanting, and complimentary movements.


BLISS: INTRO TO MEDITATION

The world is a busy place, and our modern day makes it feel impossible to slow down and take time for ourselves. In this offering we will explore creative ways to incorporate meditative practices ranging from small passive activities designed to encourage the brain to turn off for rest — to sitting still in subconscious observance.
